If you have pain or stiffness in your upper or mid back area then give these exercises a go. They are some of my favourites that I often show my clients and many get instant relief.

  • With the cat/cow stretch repeat 10x and do 2-3 sets.

  • With the roller make sure you keep your head in line with the rest of your spine and only roll down to the last rib. Roll smoothly for 1 – 1.5 mins 2-3 times.

Give these exercises a go for the next 2-3 days. If you are not getting any relief then chances are there is more going on that should be assessed by a chiropractor.
